Terms of Refund

 Effective Date: April 28, 2025

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Kepto Fintech Private Limited ("Kepto", "we", "our", or "us") processes refund requests on the Strike Gaming platform ("Platform"). By using our services, you agree to the terms stated herein.


1. Game Termination During Play

Games may terminate due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as internet disruptions, power outages, malware attacks, or natural disasters. In such events, Kepto shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to game termination.


2. Game Pauses During Play

In the event of a technical interruption during a cash game:

  • A notification will appear indicating the interruption duration.
     
  • Players are advised not to exit the game or log out.
     
  • Exiting during this period will result in forfeiture of the game and loss of the buy-in amount.
     
  • If the game does not resume within the specified time, it will be canceled, and the buy-in amounts will be refunded to players' wallets within 24 hours.
     

3. Third-Party Payment Gateway

All financial transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. These gateways are responsible for transaction approvals and are governed by their respective terms and conditions. Kepto is not liable for any transaction denials by these gateways.

In cases of transaction reversals, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable charges and will be credited to the original payment method.


4. Verification and Validation

We may validate the information provided during registration through emails, SMS, or phone calls. If we are unable to contact you for verification, Kepto reserves the right to suspend your account and remit the balance (after deducting service charges) to the original payment instrument.


5. Discontinuation of Promotional Offers

Kepto reserves the right to terminate or discontinue contests, games, offers, bonuses, and tournaments without prior notice. In such cases, our liability is limited to the entry fee of the terminated event, if applicable.


6. Requests for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Accidental or erroneous cash credits.
     
  • Payment successful but not reflected in the player's account.
     
  • Technical issues leading to extended unavailability of game services.
     
  • Multiple charges due to payment issues.
     

Each request will be individually investigated, and if approved, refunds will be processed within two weeks to the original payment method.


7. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service via email at [Insert Contact Email].
     
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue.
     
  3. Our customer service team will respond promptly and assist in resolving the issue.
     
  4. If unresolved, a refund will be initiated, and funds will typically be returned to your account within 2 working days.
     

8. Scenarios Where Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:

  • The recharge has been received and partially consumed.
     
  • The payment was made over 2 days ago.
     
  • Evidence of cheating or fraud in the game.
